• CSR & HR Activities

    At CPEPL, we are inspired by purpose-driven creativity. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is woven into everything we do in CSR: community involvement, employee engagement, environmental sustainability and Adobe Youth Voices.

    Our CSR initiatives enable creativity, innovation, and collaboration, empowering people inside and outside Adobe to address pressing education, environmental, economic, and social issues. We know that when CPEPL employees, customers, and partners work together, we can improve the human experience.

    A popular explanation of the term CSR is the continuing commitment by businesses to behave ethically and contribute to economic development, while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large.

    As a responsible business, CPEPL takes pride in being socially inclined and focuses on sustained and effective CSR projects.Our employees are encouraged to volunteer their time and skills and enjoy the experience of giving back to the communities in which their work.

    We are committed towards improving the quality of lives of people in the communities in which we works. We wish to be a company which is respected by people for its commitment towards social causes. We aim to achieve this by keeping in mind our corporate philosophy which means living and working together for common good.

    On 28 Jan 2015 we conducted a campus drive at Rungta Group of Institutions Raipur. Total 110 students participated from which we finally selected 7 Candidates for our organization.
    For the fourth quarter of the year 2014-2015 as an HR activity we organized 3rd employee meet for our employees. Mahindra Earthmaster was awarded as the best team for this quarter for their great performance.
    At CPEPL, as an HR activity we organized 2nd employee meet of the second quarter for year 2014-2015 in which we announced many reward and recognition activity for our employees. FIAT Team was awarded as the best team for the quarter whereas Mahindra Earthmaster received the award as "TOP PERFORMER FOR THE MONTH OF OCT-2014 IN INDIA"
    At CPEPL, as an HR activity we organized employee meet for the first quarter of the year 2014-2015 in which we announced many reward and recognition activity for our employees. Also we announced an educational welfare scheme which included a scholarship program for the further study of an employee’s child based on merit basis and medical support to any one of the employee or his family member.
    3. At CPEPL, this time we had arranged to show a film (ROCKY) A Hollywood blockbuster , which has inspired many generations and people. All the members of Car Planet family has deeply enjoyed the movie, apart from this they also inculcated and imbibed the values, thoughts and message displayed and conveyed in the film script, which were determination, better planning, best execution and best result.
    2. On occasion of our 65th Republic Day on 26th January 2014, Car Planet has contributed a small tribute to our Great Freedom Fighters through Central Chronicle Newspaper.
    1. CAR PLANET advocates policies and programmes which strike an appropriate balance between social and economic goals and respect cultural diversity. In order to give something back to society we just put forward a small step on 8TH January 2014 as we decided to visit and offer to our capacity to an old age home based at Raipur. We tried to contribute something from our end to the real needy ones through our this activity and it gives us immense pleasure as well as satisfaction that this small activity may set an example for those who are still hesitating to come forward and help the society.
